Barbequed Hot wings

* Lightly flour wings and barbeque on low heat until
* done.
* Then coat with favorite hot sauce. We usually use
* a bottle of louisianna hot sauce...straight up!!!

Happy Dog Wing
From: Vietnam

* How to make the happy dog wing.
*
* Go to pound or butcher and get
* 3-4 puppy dog for a unit of 12
* wings.
* Butcher dog and use only legs.
* Discard or freeze remaining portion.
*
* Soak wing-leg in sauce overnight.
*
* Happy Dog Wing Sauce
* ---------------------
* 1 litre Thai Hot Sauce
* 250 ml Teryaki Sauce
* Splash of curry powder
*
* Grill on open fire on wooden
* spits for 2-3 hours.
*
* Serve with Saki and Bourbon.
*
* Now you have Happy Dog Wing!
