Ant (Pest) Control

Molasses Trap 1
2 Table. Molasses
2 Table. Sugar
1 teasp. Active yeast
mix ingredients in jar. Ants will enter and drown.


Ant trap 2
2 parts molasses
1 part sugar
1 part granular yeast
‘Place in jar with holes in lid. Bury the jar(s) near ant mounds. Leave in top above ground.


Ant trap 3
1 cup borax
1 cup sugar
3 cups water
Put in jars with holes in lid and but out for the ants.


Ant trap 4 – Queen ant
¼ cup confectioners sugar – powder sugar
1 Table. Borax
Sprinkle in traffic areas. It won’t kill immediately, but will take it back to the nest with the Queen ant.
